Return & Refund
We want you to love every piece you choose from Emily Loran. If something doesn’t feel quite right, you can exchange your item within 3 days from the invoice date.
Please note that we do not offer refunds — only exchanges.
To be eligible for an exchange:
- The item must be in its original condition — unused, with all original packaging and tags intact.
- You must bring the original invoice with you.
Please keep in mind:

Any free items received with your purchase must also be returned along with the main item.
- Items that are damaged, used, or missing original packaging will not be accepted for exchange.
- We only accept exchanges for the product categories we offer: bags, accessories, jewelry, hair pieces, and belts. No other product categories apply.
If there’s been a mistake with your order — such as receiving the wrong item or a damaged product — please return it within 3 days in its original condition. We’ll gladly replace it at no extra cost.

Order Cancellation
Changed your mind? No problem — we’ve made canceling your order easy.
If you placed your order online, you can cancel it by calling us within 2 hours of placing the order during working hours.

- If the order was placed outside of working hours, please call within 2 hours of the next business day.
- Orders paid by card will be automatically voided if canceled on time. Please note that processing time for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank.
- If the cancellation window has passed, the order cannot be canceled — but you’re still welcome to exchange the item in-store within 3 days.
